When you commission a mammal illustration from Thylacine Studio, you're hiring us for our unique Procreate-driven style. We're proud of the work we do. Personal commissions grant you full usage rights for personal profiles and prints, while Thylacine Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio. For commercial character designs, specific licensing agreements will be detailed in your custom quote.
Need to change a sketch? We offer two rounds of revisions during the concept phase. Major structural changes after coloring has begun may incur additional fees. We don't want surprises, and we're sure you don't either.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our queue. Final high-resolution files are delivered only after the balance is paid in full.
Workshops
Cancellations for Procreate art workshops must be made 72 hours in advance for a full credit. Life happens, but our seats are limited!
Deadlines
Standard turnaround for character design is 14 business days. Need it faster? Rush fees apply for projects requiring a 48-hour delivery.
Frequently Asked Legal Questions
Can I use my illustration for merch? Unless a commercial buyout is purchased, our standard commissions are for personal usage only. We love seeing our mammals on t-shirts, so just ask us about commercial rates!
What if I'm not happy with the result? Communication is key. We provide updates at the sketch and flat-color stages to ensure we're hitting the mark. Refunds are not provided once the final render is complete.
